The Aim:

Feet up Fridays is to provide support for unpaid carers, whose work is not only vital to our society, but which requires an incomprehensible amount of time, effort, and sacrifice.

What we do:

We prepare, cook, package, and deliver healthy, nutritious meals for those individuals in unpaid caring positions and their families. 'Feet up Fridays' presents our unpaid carers with a night of respite from their responsibilities and routines.

By doing something as simple as providing a nutritious meal for each carer and their family, we can give our carers something just as precious; the chance to take a break from work and to free up time for themselves. providing something as seemingly simple as a night-off from cooking a week, we aim to ensure that our carers are looked after. Ensuring that they are supported mentally and physically

What we provide:

Step by step cookery classes provided and led by trained chefs. We ensure that individuals not only finish the course knowing how to cook, but that they receive guidance on the importance of nutrition, kitchen safety and we even cover budgeting. Upon completion of the course each member will receive a qualification recognising this. So, no matter their next step or where life leads them, they have every skill to face the challenge.
